Study On The Construction Of Social Work Personnel In Minority Township

At present,the economic and social construction of our country has entered a new period.Although we have made remarkable achievements in the fields of economy,politics,culture and so on,we have successfully completed the arduous task of overcoming poverty in 2020,which has made nearly 100 million poor people out of poverty and created a miracle of poverty eradication that can be recorded in history.However,at present,the domestic contradictions are still numerous and sharp,and some problems highlighted within the society need us to control and solve them.However,due to the backwardness of economic construction,the imperfect supporting infrastructure of the corresponding communities and the differences in regional cultural development,many ethnic minority areas have encountered considerable constraints and difficulties in the development of social work.Taking the Huangshan community in Lijiang City,Yunnan Province as an example,this study uses the methods of literature research,field investigation and in-depth interviews,The construction of local social work talents in Lijiang City and the intervention of social work institutions in the local situation were deeply visited and investigated.This paper studies the present situation of social work in minority areas,the problems faced and the causes of the problems,and analyzes the results of the investigation,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.This study is mainly composed of five parts,the first part is the introduction part,mainly describes the reasons for the topic,the overall thinking and methods of the study,the significance and purpose of the study,also includes the innovation points of this study,and collates and analyzes the related research at home and abroad;the second part is the concept elaboration part,mainly involves the explanation and explanation of the related concepts contained in this study,including the ethnic social work,the ethnic social worker,the talent team construction;The third part is the elaboration of the problem,through combining with the relevant data obtained from the field visit in the course of this study,this paper expounds the concrete situation,problems and reasons of the construction of social work talents in Lijiang City,Yunnan Province.At the same time,the development of Huangshan community and the main problems faced in the process of development are systematically sorted out and analyzed.The fourth part is the countermeasures,which mainly puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of social work personnel in Lijiang City and the development plan of Huangshan Community.
