Changes in population structure and industrial technology and some other reasons are persuading our country to take the modern apprenticeship as a new path for vocational education and industrial enterprises to cooperate with.In this paper,I have make an introduction on the history of the modern apprenticeship,some details about the modern apprenticeship and developments of modern apprenticeship.Depend on the Stakeholders theory and concepts,and data about the modern apprenticeship,analyzing the attraction of the modern apprenticeship and the subject demands,in order to summarize the model of modern apprenticeships.Take the modern apprenticeship of Guangdong province as an example to describe the current situation of modern apprenticeship in our country,including the admissions patterns of the apprenticeship programs.Further,on the basis of the modern apprenticeship in Guangdong,I supposed to analyze the interest demands of the roles who participating in modern apprenticeship as stakeholders and sum up the benefits and responsibility of them,in order to conclude the characteristic of motivate and build a model of the motivation.To make a further study on the modern apprenticeship development,I design a simple questionnaire.The table is combined with three subjects,including the students' learning objective,curriculum evaluation and the internship experience,twelve items.This survey is comparing two talent cultivation model of the vocational education,including the normal mode and the modern apprenticeship mode.I have randomly selected 100 people to finish the table,50 from the normal and 50 from the modern apprenticeship.Aim to find out the different between two modes,also I want to seek the beneficial part of modern apprenticeship for the development of vocational education.Finally,for the above-mentioned elements,I throw out a few suggestion on how to make the modern apprenticeship more attractive and better,depending on the scope of government,employer,education provider and apprentice.
