Vocational education is closely related with the economic development of the country, the existing economic development pattern and the future economic development expectation raise higher request for the talent development of the vocational education. To rise to the challenge that the economic and social development brings and cultivate creative and practical talents, our country innovated the traditional talents pattern, and pushed Modern Apprenticeship project.Firstly, this essay provides insight into historical development and features of Modern Apprenticeship, as well as the recently study on the system of Modern Apprenticeship based on the perspective of stakeholders at our country and abroad by comparing and analyzing pertinent literatures. It provides rich theoretical foundation for the trial implementation of talents cultivation pattern and modern apprenticeship. In addition, it has focused on comparing the traditional apprenticeship with modern apprenticeship in our country, and found the difference between our modern apprenticeship and others’ apprenticeship, and the comparison study on the system of modern apprenticeship based on the perspective of stakeholders.Secondly, this study will introduce stakeholder theory and workplace learning theory into Modern Apprenticeship study. Attempts to provide ideas for establishing a modern apprenticeship training system confronts to Chinese national conditions and Chinese characteristics, and seek the joint of the vocational education system and the employment market, to ensure the continuity of the development of modern apprenticeship. By mastering core content of stakeholder theory, the first step is to define our country modern apprenticeship stakeholders. This study selected the government, industry enterprises,vocational colleges, students as the research object of stakeholders. Furthermore, this study refines the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeships through the analysis of workplace learning theory.Thirdly, this study selected the typical cases of the ministry of education actively promote,supplemented by interview research method from the perspective of stakeholders, to study the results and common problems in our country modern apprenticeship.Finally, the study of the modern apprenticeship pilot process and summarize the effectiveness of promotion, and corresponding countermeasures respectively from the government, industry enterprises, vocational colleges, students.
