Under the fusion of tourism and culture,GuiZhou's ethnic folk arts and cultural products market is active and requires a large number of creative personnel who can design and produce creatively.Vocational colleges are important transportation channels for technicians in the handicraft market.The cultivation of the school personnel is related to the future development of the market.Modern apprenticeship production is an important attempt for vocational education reform and innovation.It will bring new possibilities in accelerating the deep integration between school training and industrial demand.This research first sorts out relevant literature on modern apprenticeship studies at domestic and foreign,and finds that our country's research relatively late,and from the perspective of stakeholders,there is a lack of research on the modern apprenticeship in tourism education and crafts specialty in GuiZhou vocational school..Secondly,this research has introduced Stakeholder theory and tacit knowledge theory and tacit knowledge theory to provide theoretical ideas for the study of modern apprenticeships in the tourism education and crafts profession in secondary vocational schools.First of all,the core concepts of this research are defined,and it is considered that “modern apprenticeship” is a professional system or personnel training model of “integration of production and education,school—enterprise integration,and mastership”.“Stakeholders”refers to 14 types of interest groups or individuals,such asgovernments,companies,schools,etc.that affect the implementation of modern apprenticeships.Subsequently,the Mitchell stakeholders' attribute scores and classification criteria were used to classify the modern apprentice stakeholders in this study.In addition,this study selects the Shenghua Vocational Institute Non-left-behind College with good performance in the pilot work and the Civil Innovation Department of the Southeastern Civilian Institute as the sample objects,and targets 14 stakeholders including enterprises,schools,etc.,from modern apprentice stakeholders.The identification,core appeals,and investigations of various stakeholders on the cognitive feedback of modern apprenticeship practice were conducted.The survey shows that the five types of stakeholders in schools,enterprises,professional teachers,teachers,and students are definitive stakeholders.Their core appeals and interactions are the most obvious.They are the key to affecting the implementation of modern apprenticeship;at the same time,they find the benefits of sample schools.Related people have many common problems in the modern practice of apprenticeship.For example,there are misunderstandings of subjective knowledge of modern apprenticeship in schools,lack of awareness of corporate subjects,lack of professional teacher skills,poor education and teaching ability of corporate masters,and low enthusiasm of students.Finally,according to the analysis of modern apprenticeship practice among stakeholders at all levels of the sample school,this paper attempts to construct a coordination model of the core demands of the modern apprenticeship stakeholders,in order to clarify the role orientation of each stakeholder and seek the balance of interests.Mainly from the perspective of different interest subjects put forward modern apprenticeship and implement the strategy of operation,such as secondary vocational schools to correctly grasp the connotation of the modern apprenticeship essence,enterprises should further communion between colleges,to form a coalition,to speed up the promotion,professional teachers master enterprises to raise the level of education teaching,students learning attitude,promote modern apprenticeship in the secondary vocational education of tourism in guizhou crafts professional orderly.
