With the development of the social era and the steady progress of education reform,society gradually increase to the requirement of the headmaster,both in terms of teaching management and school development,or in such aspects as student achievement and graduation rates,headmaster are put a lot of pressure.In the face of a variety of tasks brought by education reform,only by the headmaster turning things around is obviously unrealistic,so the research on school leaders of domestic scholars gradually turns from the headmaster's personal role to the collective distribution study of leadership role.Especially the traditional pattern of leadership of Chinese primary and secondary schools at present,is clearly not enough to solve the problems that emerge in the current school education management However,it requires more diversified education leadership model to enrich and supply for the structure of traditional leadership at this time the introduction and reference of western distributed education leadership is just in time.Within the scope of the organization,distributed leadership gather dispersive and specialized knowledge with a kind of mechanism,which emphasizes the distribution and sharing of power.Based on the distributed leadership theory in the west,through theoretical and empirical investigation,this paper analysizes the implementation conditions of the chinization of distributed leadership theory in education,discusses the practice approach of chinization,and provides reference for the reform and development of middle school education management.Literature research method,investigation method and comparative analysis method are adopted.First of all,through literature review,the paper elaborates the generated background,development and the latest progress of distributed leadership theory in education and then discusses distributed leadership theory in education and the fundamental connotation of chinization,which lies a theoretical foundation for the later analysis of practice approach;Second,based on the review of existing domestic education management theory,the paper analysizes the theory condition of the chinization of distributed leadership theory in education,and through the questionnaire survey and interviews,analyzes the current the practical conditions of chinization of distributed leadership;Finally,through the above study,the paper integrates further distributed education leadership theory with local education management theory in education,puts forward the innovation model of theory's domestic practice of,and summarizes the realization ways of the chinizationof distributed leadership theory in education.
