Biological experiment is an important part in the teaching process of junior middle school,but it will appear a lot of problems in practical application,such as: firstly,students' learning task is heavy,they cannot finish their homework,So they have no extra time contact experiment;secondly,due to the age,many students do not have self-discipline,and out of curiosity,they cannot discipline themselves in the experimental class led to the inefficient in the experimental class;thirdly,hey lack of autonomy and experimental skills,so they will not have the ability to do experiment and they will not take the initiative to learn knowledge so they seldom contact experiments.Fourthly,The content of the experiment is relatively simple,and the learners are lack of selectivity according to the steps in the teaching materials.Lastly,some schools even basic instruments and medicines are not complete and lack of open laboratory;the school experiment only in accordance with the teaching objectives,teaching content requirements,students do not understand why to operate according to these steps,so that the course of time is not in place,students have little chance contact experiment,the experimental skills and practical ability cannot get very well development,and cannot to meet the requirements of the students' experimental ability in the new curriculum standard.In order to solve the above problems,this study first uses the literature research method and survey method to understand the current situation of biological experiment teaching,as well as the problems existing in the experimental teaching.We choose One middle school as the research object,basing on the theory of constructivism and autonomous learning theory and on the basis of literature research based on the use of survey method,By designs questionnaires,analysis and survey data,wo want to understand the present middle school students' attitude to biological experiment which school practice teaching experiment,and the attitude to the virtual experiment.In the process of the research,in order to understand the influence of the virtual experiment on the students' practical skills and experiment abilities,use the NOBOOK(NB)biological virtual laboratory software,some students' biology virtual experiments will be used to carry out the teaching practice.The design of three teaching cases used in the process of teaching,“respirations”,"observation permanent slide of human oral epithelial cells","use a microscope to observe tomato pulp cells".We use the survey method again,through questionnaires and interviews,understand the biological effect of virtual experiment,analysis of the application of virtual experiment in biological experiment results and shortcomings,find the existing problems,in order to improve the experimental teaching work.The advantages of NB biological virtual laboratory software is the largest simulation,various experimental instruments,medicines,plants and animals in the software,they are based on the 3D image or animation form and a kind of technology using computer virtual reality,the operator only need to register the account login,he does not need to invest additional cost.At the end of the period of two month after the experiment,the control class and the experimental class practice school comparative data show that most of the students who had not interested in biology have changed the attitude to biology,and have a strong interest in it.A lot of students who had interested in biology before,because curiosity is not satisfied,they gradually been boring.However,after the use of the virtual experiment software,the interest in biology has been restored.But in the real operation of the experiment,the experimental class are more familiar with the process was than the control class students.There are fewer problems,more comprehensive understanding of the experimental instruments and medicines,and more attention to the details of the experimental procedures in the experimental class.These remarkable results fully demonstrate that students often have a profound impact on their experimental skills and practical abilities after the use of bio virtual laboratory software.
