SWOT Analysis And Research Of Countermeasures On Campus Football Development In Primary And Secondary Schools In Yangzhou

As one of the current "national strategy" in China,campus football has the practical significance to raise the level of adolescent physical and mental health and realize the football dream of China.The purpose of my research is to provide certain reference for the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in YangZhou,and promote the development of the campus football in a scientific and comprehensive way.The methods of my study are document research,questionnaire,investigation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and SWOT analysis.Based on the aim of developing Yangzhou's campus football,my study concludes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Yangzhou's campus football activities.put forward the countermeasures of Yangzhou's campus football development.my research provides certain reference basis for the managers and decision makers in relevant government departments and for correctly grasping the development direction of Yangzhou's campus football and has the important practical significance to realize the sustainable development of Yangzhou's campus football.My conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the view of management of SWOT theory,this study by investigating the current situation of Yangzhou's campus football,and summarizes the internal condition of the development of Yangzhou's campus football,think that the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Yangzhou there has strengths in these areas:Some schools with the right consciousness of campus football,School leaders and the support of the competent department,increasing number of popularization of campus football,have the campus football with"model school".At the same time,the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Yangzhou there has some weakness in these aspects:lack of professional faculty and limited funds,lack of campus football fields,the campus football development imbalance between urban and rural areas,the potential safety problems to be solved.(2)Based on the view of management of SWOT theory,this study discussed and analyzed the external environment of the development of Yangzhou's campus football from macro political and economic factors and micro P.E.environmental factors.think that the development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Yangzhou there has some opportunities in these aspects:national leaders' support,publicity platform diversity,provinces and cities campus football "top-level design" into the new stage,the rapid economic development in China and Yangzhou.The development of campus football in primary and secondary schools in Yangzhou there has some threats in these respects:the influence of the football environment,the effects of school education environment,the influence of the traditional idea,the challenges of the diversion of other sports.But from the overall,the development of Yangzhou campus football have the following situation:strengths and weakness co-exist,weakness than strengths;co-exist between opportunities and threats,opportunities between threats.(3)According to the analysis of all the factors above,this research suggests that:First,local government of Yangzhou should use of diversified publicity platform,strengthen the publicity of campus football and change the wrong ideas of the people to improve the influence of campus football;Second,Drawing on the successful experience of Yangzhou Jianzhen international marathon,promote the sustainable development of school football in Yangzhou through strengthening the support policy and improving the policy to guarantee system;Third,we should strengthen the construction of campus football teachers vigorously,enrich the quantity of campus football teachers,optimize the quality of campus football teachers in Yangzhou;Fourth,actively expand access to funds and increase the funds income;Fifth,timely optimized campus football hardware facilities,improve the campus football to carry out the quality;Sixth,the campus football as a whole planning of urban and rural development,narrow the gap between urban and rural,promote the balanced development between urban and rural areas.Seventh,in the condition of the safe hidden trouble that the inevitable difficulties,suggested by Yangzhou primary and secondary schools to strengthen safety management to reduce the security hidden danger.Finally,to encourage and guide social forces to support to promote the sustainable development of campus football in Yangzhou.
