SWOT Analysis And Strategy Research On The Development Of Primary And Secondary Schools With Football Characteristics In Yueyang City

Campus football characteristic school is an important part of the "five in one" three-dimensional promotion pattern of youth campus football in China.It has important practical significance for the all-round development of campus football and the exploration of taking campus football characteristic school as an important part of the construction of football reserve talent pool in China.In order to provide some useful reference for the development of school with football characteristics in primary and secondary schools in Yueyang City,this study uses the methods of questionnaire,field investigation and SWOT analysis to systematically analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of school with football characteristics in primary and secondary schools in Yueyang City,and puts forward the strategies for the development of school with football characteristics in primary and secondary schools in Yueyang City Slightly.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)According to the theory of SWOT analysis of management,the main advantages of the development of the school with football characteristics in primary and secondary schools in Yueyang are as follows: the rapid construction of the school with football characteristics nationwide,the continuous expansion of its popularity,etc.The main external opportunities that can be utilized are: the strong promotion of national and provincial policies;the gradual improvement of campus football competition system construction,etc.The main disadvantages are: lack of sufficient funds for activities;lack of sufficient facilities and equipment.The main threats that need to be reversed are: the adverse impact of China's football environment and the lack of supervision mechanism of Yueyang campus football schools.(2)Based on the SWOT analysis of the development of the school with football characteristics in Yueyang primary and secondary schools,this study puts forward the following strategies: strengthening the policy support,improving the supervision system of the school with football characteristics in the campus;strengthening the publicity of public opinion,expanding the influence effect of the school with football characteristics in the campus;building the talent channel,expanding the enrollment of the students in the school with football characteristics in the campus;establishing the family school association,encouraging the society Participate in and support the development of campus football characteristic schools;popularize the campusfootball resource base to benefit the teachers and students of campus football characteristic schools.
