A SWOT Study Of Campus Football In Rural Primary Schools In Sichuan Province

Since the "three-step" strategy was put forward in the "overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football",the development of campus football has risen to a very important strategic position,and campus football is the output position of reserve talents.The development of campus football has become a hot topic in the country,attracting the attention and research of many scholars and experts.Under the great heat of campus football,the whole country is actively developing campus football.Each city has set up campus football characteristic schools and each campus football pilot area(county).In such a big environment,campus football in China seems to be booming,but the existing problems can not be ignored.In this case,the author takes the questionnaire survey as the main way,adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,SWOT analysis and so on,selects 80 rural primary school teachers and 80 urban primary school teachers in Deyang City to carry on the questionnaire survey and research The current situation of the development of school football is compared from the aspects of physical quality,will quality,teachers' strength,equipment and facilities between rural primary school students and urban primary school students.The results are as follows: 1.Rural primary school students have good physical quality;2.Rural primary school students have excellent psychological quality;3.Rural primary school students love football;4.There are many simple places for students to play football in rural areas;5.The economic level and students' understanding of football are weak;6.The hardware facilities of football in rural primary schools are not enough;7.Parents' attitude is not clear and leaders' attention is not enough.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Develop the training methods with the advantage of physical quality;2.Improve the team competitiveness from the excellent psychological quality;3.Speed up the construction of football players' incentive mechanism and talent delivery system;4.Formulate the after-school independent exercise plan;5.Make rational use of multimedia resources;6.Improve the campus sufficiency with the support of national finance 7.Do a good job of campus football publicity and strengthen the supervision mechanism.
