Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province SWOT-AHP Analysis Of Football Sport

Campus football is mainly to promote the popularization and improvement of football,to better cultivate youth football talent vigorously promote football into the campus activities,make football into the campus,stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in football,from primary school to cultivate football skills,and gradually select potential students to continue to participate in higher level training,for late to select football talents.To conform to the requirements of The Times,promote the rapid development of Taiyuan campus football,effectively for the campus football to provide quantitative basis and guidance,rich campus football research,provide reference for the relevant departments of campus football policy,further promote the development of Taiyuan city campus football,promote the development of Taiyuan campus football healthy,sustainable and connotative development.This paper uses questionnaire survey,field survey method and SWOT-AHP model analysis method to comprehensively explore the situation of football development in Taiyuan campus football characteristic primary schools.This paper discusses the current situation of football in 12 primary schools in 6 districts of Taiyuan,mainly from the situation of infrastructure and teachers,football teaching and training,football activities,attitude towards football,football selection and teaching plans.The following conclusions are drawn through SWOT-AHP model analysis:1.The internal advantages of pupils in Taiyuan are: high interest in campus football;students’ support for campus football;the internal disadvantages are unreasonable football curriculum,low teaching level of football,lack of football facilities,and lack of stage for students to show.2.The external opportunities of campus football in Taiyuan are mainly: the Taiyuan government promotes the development trend of campus football,and the external challenges are: the security of campus football is difficult to guarantee,the lack of professional football coaches and not enough to support teaching activities,the conflict between cultural learning and football training.3.The basic strategy for Taiyuan campus football characteristic primary school to carry out football is S-T development strategy,namely resistance strategy,which uses the internal advantages of Taiyuan campus football to deal with external challenges from different aspects.4.Through the Taiyuan city campus football characteristic primary school to carry out the present situation of the football SWOT-AHP model analysis of AHP,using the AHP hierarchy analysis,combined with the four factors to build a strategic quadrilateral,p value in the fourth quadrant,for the development of the main strategy for S-T development strategy,namely the struggle strategy,using the internal advantage of Taiyuan city campus football,dealing with challenges from different aspects.
