"Dragging into the water" is a common phenomenon in reality. Based on the exchange structure of "dragging into the water" being composed of dragger, middleman and draggee, this thesis investigates the choice of dragger and middleman, the effect of social value orientation(svo), ties, positive sanctions and punishment on "dragging into the water"; the effect of svo, positive sanctions and punishment on "dragging into the water" under the condition of strong ties; the preservation and disappearance of the "hole" in the successive process of "dragging into the water", and the interacting process and psychological experience of agents,by ways of the questionnaire method, experimental method and interview method. The research findings are as follows: the draggers are more likely to choose middlemen who have strong ties with draggees, and there is no significant difference between the choices of draggees under the conditions of two types of strong ties(close relative/close friends) and two types of weak ties(far relative/far friends); Middlemen are more likely to help those draggers who have strong ties with themself, the stronger the relationship between middlemen and draggers, the more help middlemen can provide for draggers , but there is no significant difference between the choices of middlemen under the conditions of two types of strong ties(close relative/close friends) and two types of weak ties(far relative/far friends). There is no significant difference between the effect of two types of strong ties(close relative/close friends) on"dragging into the water" between draggees and middlemen. The stronger the ties between draggers and middlemen, the more possible "dragging into the water" ,but there is no significant difference between the effect of two types of strong ties(close relative/close friends)and two types of weak ties(far relative/far friends) on"dragging into the water" . It is more possible for competitors to be "dragged into the water" than cooperators, and the greater the positive sanctions, the more possible "dragging into the water" ;Punishment effectively inhibits "dragging into the water", and moderates the relationship between svo and "dragging into the water".Under the condition of strong ties, the greater the positive sanctions , the more easier"dragging into the water"; punishment effectively inhibits "dragging into the water";competitors are as easy as cooperators to be "dragged into the water". Interests lead to bargaining and trust crisis, structural hole produces advantages, strong ties inhibits effect of svo , greedy agents are easier to be dragged, punishment takes effects. In addition, successive process of "dragging into the water" is discussed, the preservation and disappearance of the"hole" is discovered, that is, the stronger the ties between draggers and middlemen, the more possible the "hole" preserves; the stronger the ties between draggees and draggers , the more possible the "hole" disappears; The greater the positive sanctions are, the more possible the"hole" disappears. And agent's psychological experiences are also analyzed by ways of qualitative interviews and negotiating texts in this thesis.
