Resource Links For Medical Social Workers From The Structural Hole Perspective Role Practice Research

With the development of The Times,medical social work has become one of the most important tasks at present,assisting medical personnel to strengthen medical service management and improve the quality of medical service.In the process of professional services,to help the service object to realize the improvement of personal status,multi-directional link resources are indispensable,and medical social workers need to play the role of resource linker more often,and conduct multi-subject resource docking within the scope of the society.Resource link is helpful to improve the quality of social work professional services.However,due to the practical difficulties of medical social work,it is often difficult to realize network operation in specific resource practices.As a result,the efficiency and effectiveness of resource link are not high,which also restricts the development of medical social work to some extent.Based on the existing researches,there are many researches focusing on the construction of medical social work system and the development of technology,but few people pay attention to how medical social workers utilize social network to realize the improvement of service quality in practice.Therefore,this paper adopts the case study method and combines the dialogue between case and structural hole theory to demonstrate the practice of resource link role of medical social workers.It is found that the problem of the client is difficult to solve by itself during the whole service process because of the structural hole formed between the main contact of the resource set and the rupture of its own social network.At this time,medical social workers,as "bridge-builders",often need to obtain information advantages through the integration of resource information and the establishment of trust relationship,and then "lobby" the main stakeholders to improve their personal influence to obtain the control of resources in the network,which is essentially the transformation of information to power.It is worth discussing that in the whole process of resource link,too much emphasis is placed on the control of information in the network by medical social workers,and the initiative of the client is weakened,which seems to be in conflict with the professional theory of "helping others to help themselves".Finally,the author believes that only by improving the legitimacy,information utilization ability and professional recognition of medical social workers can the link of resources be effectively realized.This paper innovatively studies the practice of resource linking of medical social workers from the perspective of the behavior logic of network nodes,and makes clear the importance of structural holes to guarantee the service quality of medical social work.However,due to the limited level of the author,the logic analysis of the service practice of medical social workers in this paper is not sufficient and needs to be further deepened.
