Under the impetus of globalization,modernization and urbanization,great changes have taken place in the scale,structure and function of our Chinese family.The family has been confronted with many problems and challenges in carrying out the educational function and grasping educational abilities.The issue of family education has been increasingly changing from private family affairs to social public affairs.With the intervention of professional guidance service for family education,parents' educational ability can be improved to further promote the healthy development of children's socialization and personalization.It is also of great realistic significance for the realization of harmonious parent-child relationships,the improvement of family happiness and social harmony.Among all of them,the professionalization of the family education instructors is directly related to the quality of family education guidance service.Therefore,it is of great practical value to improve the quality of family education guidance service,and to promote family happiness and social development by carrying out the in-depth study of the professionalization of family education instructors.This thesis,firstly,observes the background,value and significance of the research of professionalization of the family education instructors in our country,and introduces the overall design idea of this research.Secondly,it explains the theory related to the professionalization of family education instructors,and determines the theoretical basis for the measurement and assessment of the professional level of family education instructors.In addition,through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,it analyzes the real situation of the professionalization development in a comprehensive and thorough way.On the basis of current status survey,it further reflects the reasons that affect the professionalization development of family education instructors in our country from the institutional level.Finally,it puts forward some propositions to promote the system innovation of family education professional development and the implementation strategies.The study finds out that the professionalization of family education instructors in China is still in the initial stage of development.Firstly,in the aspect of ethical value cognition,the professional ethical consciousness of family education instructors is still weak,and the public lacks knowledge about the value of family education.Secondly,in the aspect of specialized theories,it has not yet formed a scientific system of family education theory knowledge system.Thirdly,in the aspect of professional organization and management,the certification system for the family education instructors has not been applied,and the relevant evaluation and supervision system have been still unsound.Lastly,in the aspect of professional service support,family education instructors as a full-time occupation have not yet been well recognized,and personalized services of family education are inadequate without enough family education funding to support.So we need to promote the reform and construction of the system to enhance the professionalization of family education mentors,mainly including the improvement of specialized personnel training system,the implementation of professional qualification system,and the promotion of family education legislation.And we also need to improve the professional organization of family education guidance services,develop the market and seek third-party resources to support and build evaluation and feedback mechanism and other aspects of the system construction or improvement.
