Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Teachers' Network Studio

As a new type of teaching organization and implementation form of modern education,teachers' network studio is a professional teaching team which is based on the research direction of a certain discipline,taking famous teachers as the core and common teachers as the main object.However,the practice of teachers' network studio precedes the development of the theoretical research,lacking the exploration to the operating mechanism and the analysis of operational status,which hindered the further development of the teachers' network studio.First of all,this study summarizes the development of the studio,the research status of teacher's professional development and teacher's studio.From the perspective of the community of practice,the constituent elements of teacher' network studio can be divided into four categories.Target is the premise of the studio,theme is the basis of the studio,community is the core of the studio,and activity is the key to the studio.On the basis of constituent elements,this paper puts forward the mentoring effect mechanism,reciprocal sharing mechanism,cohesion mechanism,knowledge transfer mechanism and the symbiotic effect mechanism of the teachers' network studio through literature analysis,participant observation and case analysis to illustrate the inner work of the teachers' studio.Secondly,this study designed a questionnaire based on five kinds of teacher' network studio operation mechanism and found that the mentoring effect mechanism can accelerate the development of teachers,reciprocal sharing mechanism can promote the contact between teachers,cohesion mechanism can strengthen the relationship between teachers,knowledge transfer mechanism can improve the ability of teachers and the symbiotic effect mechanism can achieve teachers' development.At the same time,the teacher' network studio faces some difficulties in the practical operation,such as the limited time of famous teacher,the problems in studio evaluation,the waste of resource and the problems in activities.These all restrict the operation of the teacher' network studio.Therefore,in order to promote the development of teachers and the effective operation of the studio,the teacher' network studio should rebuild the role of the famous teacher,perfect the evaluation system,improve the quality of resource and create quality activities.
