Interdisciplinary is the product of the development of large data age,single-disciplinary knowledge has been unable to meet the increasingly complex problem solving,the demand for interdisciplinary research is increasing.In recent years,the state has clearly put forward in many documents to carry out interdisciplinary research requirements,under the guidance of social reality and government policy,more and more colleges and universities formed a interdisciplinary organization,the implementation of specialized research.From the theory of organizational identity,teachers as the subject of research in the interdisciplinary organization of universities,the degree of organizational identity will affect the overall development of the organization,but what is the impact on the organizational identity of teachers and whether the development of the organization Will have the influence as well as produces what kind of influence,is this research mainly discusses two big problems.In order to explore the identity and influence of interdisciplinary organization of teachers in Chinese universities,this study used the questionnaire to investigate the situation of teachers in interdisciplinary organizations and supplemented with necessary interviews to make the whole study more reliable and authenticity.This research mainly includes four aspects.The first part discusses the background and purpose of the study,the core concepts,the present research situation,the research significance,research methods and research ideas and assumptions.The second part is the theoretical basis and research design,including the theoretical basis,operation of the definition,questionnaire design and explanations,reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire.The third part is a holistic analysis of the questionnaire,including demographic variables analysis and correlation analysis of organizational identity,organizational identity influencing factors and organizational development.The fourth part is the main conclusion of this study and the corresponding opinions and countermeasures.Through the descriptive statistical analysis,the independent sample T test,the variance analysis and the PLS algorithm analysis,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,in the demographic factors,there have significant difference in different gender of organizational identity and job performance,in working years of organizational resources cognition;second,the organizational identity of the interdisciplinary organization teachers in Chinese universities is at the middle level;thirdly,there is positive correlation between organizational resources and organizational identity;fourth,organizational culture and organizational identity exist positive correlation;fifth,organizational leadership and organizational identity there is a positive correlation;sixth,organizational identity is positively related to job performance;seventh,organizational identity is positively related to job satisfaction;eighth,organizational identity and the intention to leave exists negative correlation;ninth,organizational identity and cooperation intention there is a positive correlation.On the basis of the findings,in order to solve the existing problems and to promote the further development of the organization,it is suggested that interdisciplinary research should be taken as the development strategy of the university to promote the rational allocation of resources;promote the integration of disciplinary culture,to lay the cultural foundation of the identity of teachers'organizations;Open up the horizon of leaders and promote the change of thinking of leaders.
