Study On The Influences Of University Arts Education On Talent Cultivation

Nowadays,countries and universities attach importance to arts education.As an important part of quality education,arts education in universities plays an significant and unique role in all-round talent cultivation.The study on theinfluences of arts education on talent cultivation is of great importance for strengthening universities'understanding of arts education,pushing forward quality education,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.In view of the vital functions of arts education on talent cultivation,I try to research the influence of arts edycation on talent cultivation through literature and cases study.Based on the above research purposes,this paper aims to study the following issues:What influences do our universities arts education have on the talent cultivation?How does arts education affect talent cultivation?What the situation of arts education in Tsinghua and MIT and the impact of their education on talen cultivation?How about the current situation of the universities in our nation,what kind of problems do they confront with and how to solve these problems?Through the study,we find that the university art education is an important part in quality education,Mainly through art courses,art activities and the building of artistic campus cultural atmosphere,university arts education can promote students'humanities especially aesthetic quality of,develop the creative potential of university students and has an lasting and subtle effect on the physical and mental health of university students.Research discovers that although university carry out arts courses by various ways and their arts education in our country develop in a large scale and a fast speed and,there are still a lot of problems that needs to be sloved.These problems are that the ideas of arts education is hysteretic and similar,the arts education course structure is unreasonable,the teaching staff shortage and the quality is not high,and arts education culture is weak.Eventually,this research proposes the following suggestions that since arts education plays an irreplaceable role in college students' growth,maturity and success,arts education needs to be included into the system of talent cultivation,perfect the team construction of arts education teachers and build good artistic culture atmosphere so as to exert the positive role of arts education in improving the quality of talent cultivation and to promote the steady development of the university arts education in our country.
