With the speeding up of urbanization and rural modernization in our country,especially under the background of urban-rural synergy and integration,the development of the integration of urban-rural education is growing.In the face of the education demand of complex region and different background groups,the key of the reform of preschool education supply is to realize the commonness and difference of different groups'preschool education demand.This study based on urban-rural integration and especially the guidance of people-oriented thoughts,from the perspective of parents,compares to urban,towns and rural parents on the similarities and differences of preschool education demand and satisfaction,then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This research revised Research Group,questionnaire "Investigation of parents demand for preschool education" and implemented a large sample survey in Zheiang province.Within the area,1500 parents questionnaires were distributed and 1426 valid questionnaires were recycled,that is to say the effective recovery rate was 95.07%,with 43 city kindergartens with 475 questionnaires of city parents,23 Township Center kindergarten with 370 questionnaires of Township Center parents,15 rural kindergartens with 581 questionnaires of rural parents.This survey reflects that the universal preschool education demand and satisfaction of urban-rural parents:(4)The urban-rural parents have common demand in the basic physiological needs and safety needs of children;(2)The urban-rural parents pay attention to preschool education investment benefit,laying emphasis on the ability of daily life and ignore the cultivation of preschool children' interpersonal skills and exercise habits;(3)The urban-rural parents pay more attention to general education demand than individualized demand;(4)The kindergartens provide education services with being restricted to adult perspective and excessively follow the focus of parents' education demand.The common features of education demand and satisfaction provide realistic basis for formulate policies on urban-rural preschool education integration.The survey also reflects that the different preschool education demand and satisfaction between urban parents and rural parents:(1)The rural parents have education demand blind spots,and urgently need to adjust the education idea;(2)The parents in rural areas is still in the stage of basic education demand and satisfaction,and has not yet learned the core value of the kindergarten;(3)The city parents have high demand,to guide or meet both;(4)The township parents as the representative of the urban-rural integration have the large gap between the demand for education and education satisfaction,and should be guided reasonably and paid more attention to satisfy.The different preschool education demand and satisfaction between urban parents and rural parents are on account of urban-rural dual structure chronically,and also are difficult point and origin of force to realize the urban-rural preschool education integration in the process of urbanization and rural modernization.Based on the survey results,this study tries to put forward policy suggestions on the urban-rural preschool education integration as follows:1.To meet the common education demand of urban-rural areas as the starting point,and make sure to meet the most basic education demand;2.Paying attention to the inherent association between urban parents' and rural parents' education demands,and to reasonably guide parents and meet the education demand with the gradient;3.Regarding the township as a key node of urban-rural integration,the Township center kindergartens play an radial and conversion role.
