Study On Parents' Education Problem And Its Countermeasures In Urban And Rural Integrated Schools

With the advancement of urbanization,the scale of the floating population is more and more big,the floating population family migration has become increasingly apparent,between the city and the country formed a special zone-the integration of urban and rural areas.Urban-rural fringe parents in schools that are general literacy is very low in children's education of all the difficulties,the parents then cast the child's education to the school,but the school only pay attention to graduation rates not conducive to the all-round development of children,so parents must pay attention to school education.Parents' quality has a great influence on children's growth.The situation of education,the parent of the school in the urban and rural areas,directly affects the level of education level,but the situation of parent education is worrying.In the face of this problem,the author studies the case of a high school in Hainan district,Wuhai city,which is typical of the urban and rural joint school.This paper according to means of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey to analyze the status quo of education for parents of a middle school in Gongwusu town,Hainan district,Wuhai city.Through the analysis,it is found that in the process of parents education in urban and rural integrated schools,problems such as low frequency,narrow content,single form and poor effectiveness are found.In view of the existing problems,the factors influencing parents' education in urban and rural integrated schools were further analyzed from four aspects,namely,region,parents,teachers and schools.Finally,the countermeasures of education for parents of urban and rural integrated schools were formulated.Mainly have six aspects: to determine the parents' education system,adjusting the time of parent education,change the idea of teachers and improve the professionalknowledge,to enrich the content of parent education,perfecting the parents education institutions and the innovation in the form of parent education.
