With China's economic growth and overall national strength improvement,the promotion of urban-rural integration has become an important task in China's problems of reform.While promoting the urban-rural integration quickly,ecology environment of rural education has changed greatly.The promotion of urban-rural integration has brought new challenges to school management: student's parents have great difference in consciousness,sense and action,the attitude and action of rural school managers and teachers for the parents' involvement of school management and the present operating mechanism,etc.are needing to be optimized and reformed.And parents participate in the management of rural school standardize and orderly is also the inexorable trend in China's development and reform of rural education.In this article,the relevant theories of predecessors at home and abroad,development history and current situation about students' parents participate in school management are fully understood by method of information retrieval.This article has defined the relevant concepts of urban-rural integration,participate in management and students' parents participate in school management.And has analyzed the presentnecessity of students' parents participate in school management under the background of urban-rural integration.The major influences of urban-rural integration on rural education ecology are diversification of student resource,increase of school type,unbalance allocation of education resource and complexity of group of students' parents.On one hand,there are internal needs for participate in school management,as important interest relevant persons of school,students parents participate in school management has become their urgent need.As students' fund supporter and agent,they can make students grow better through participating in school management.On the other hand,students' parents participate in management is the inexorable trend of school management modernization,it can help make the school runs more democratization and opening.Therefore,students' parents are certain to be the major force for promoting the modernization of school management during the process of urban-rural integration.In order to understand the current situation of students' parents participate in rural school management,investigation and interview for four schools in Sheshan Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai Municipality in this article,the questionnaire is designed surrounding Subject consciousness,platform and approach of participation,content and degree of participation,and influencing factors participant approach and influence factor of public school and voluntary elementary students' parents participate in school management,the present situation of students' parents participate in school management in Sheshan Town is well understood,then compare the present situation of students' parents participate in school management through the data of public school and voluntary elementary,and analyze the weak spot of each kind of school,hence the questionnaire has provided a sample for analyzing the reason of its formation.Through analyzing the investigation data of questionnaire for students' parents participate in school management in Sheshan area and summarizing the interview.This paper analyzes the internal participation subject consciousness,the platform and path of participation,the content and degree of participation,the influencing factors and the external policies,regulations,systems and social factors.It concludes thatthere are six reasons for the weak participation subject consciousness,the unsmooth platform and path for parents to participate in school management,the incomplete participation content,the lack of skill training for parents and teachers,the lack of participation system norms and the influence of social factors.Finally,the author draw the conclusion.First is to promote their awareness of working as subject of rights and make them understand the range of their rights,second is to build a good environment by sweeping away the obstacle in the way for students' parents' participant,third is to promote their participant ability by training the teachers and students' parents as required,fourth is to ensure the sufficient of manpower and material resources by completing system of supervision and work assessment.Therefore,under the background of urban-rural integration,the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of parents' participation in school management are proposed.
