Chinese outstanding traditional culture has a long history.In recent years,soft power of cultural has gradually become an important part of comprehensive national strength,and cultural self-confidence has become an important foundation for road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence and system self–confidence.Carrying out traditional culture and education in colleges and universities is an important content of Chinese outstanding traditional culture development project.On one hand,the organization and purpose of school education should be demonstrated,and strengthen the integration of traditional culture and school subjects,which means more traditional culture compulsory courses such as opera,calligraphy and other campus cultural activities are supposed to set up.On the other hand,propaganda should be increased,and integrated the use of the internet and other carriers to innovate the ways of expression,aiming to realize the strengthening of traditional culture online education.From the theoretical and practical point of view,this study focused on solving the problems of “adapting the fragmented ways on traditional culture mobile learning strategies”,"How to design traditional culture mobile learning activities","How does knowledge service support more accurate and efficient mobile learning activities","How is the effectiveness of traditional culture mobile learning" and so on from the informal learning perspective of shallow reading,fragments link,and so forth.In terms of theoretical exploration,first of all,the frontier research and limitations of existence were understood by the reviews of domestic and foreign research on mobile learning,knowledge service and traditional culture education through the method of knowledge map analysis.Secondly,the connotation,historical process and main points of activity theory and knowledge service were interpreted,and the results are as follows.The activity forms the basis of the occurrence and development of psychological cognition,and activities have bridge effects in the process of internalization on knowledge and skills.Knowledge service allows learners and the interacting of knowledge with each other in a more convenient,accurate and personalized way,which is an optimized solution for mobile learning.Finally,the activity theory and activity design framework,mobile learning activity design framework and knowledge service strategy under constructivist learning environment were comprehensively applied,and the theoretical system framework was designed to guide the development of traditional culture mobile learning activity.In the aspect of practice and exploration,first of all,mobile learning resources platform was build by the case study of Wu Culture through WeChat path,and reorganized the disordered resource,unclear navigation and other issues using knowledge element mining technology.Secondly,college students were invited to carry out mobile learning activities,which were supported by resource reorganization,reference consulting,knowledge management,knowledge sharing and other knowledge service strategies.At last,the satisfaction of traditional Chinese culture learning was explored through satisfaction survey of students who participated in the activities.And the "there is or not knowledge service strategy to provide" was used as a independent variables of quasi-experimental study to explore whether it had an impact on the mobile learning efficiency of different groups.The conclusions of this study are as follows through satisfaction survey and data analysis of quasi-experimental study on learning efficiency.1.Traditional culture system for mobile learning activity elements include: the learners,knowledge,mediation,learning control,learning community,role assignment.2.Knowledge service strategy has a mediating role in the system for mobile learning activities,including resource organization,reference and integrated design of knowledge management strategy 3.Traditional culture mobile learning based on the support of activity theory and knowledge service strategy can get a certain degree of learning satisfaction.4.Traditional culture mobile learning can improve learners' learning efficiency to a certain extent based on the support of knowledge service strategy.
