With the development of the basic education curriculum reform, the teachers’evaluation literacy has been paid more and more attention by the whole society. this requires teachers to change the original evaluation concept and evaluation model, using raw for this new concept of developmental evaluation to treat students, promote the growth and development of all students comprehensive.Teachers’ evaluation activities are reflected in the whole process of teaching activities.Teachers in the teaching process to carry out various types of evaluation activities required by the ability to include teachers on the evaluation of the exact cognitive and value orientation, derived from the task of teaching the need for evaluation,knowledge acquisition associated with the evaluation and evaluation of teaching skills in teaching practice The application of this article is the definition of literacy under the teacher’s teaching evaluation.Firstly, to construct a basic framework of literacy teaching evaluation, through the literature review part of the introduction, all kinds of research about assessment literacy of teachers both at home and abroad.
