Teacher's assessment literacy is a comprehensive literacy which teachers can use their assessment knowledge to evaluate students' learning attitudes,learning behaviors,learning methods,learning results and other factors.And they should analyze the results and give effective feedback to students and adjust teaching plans and methods based on the results.These actions mentioned above can guide students to learn efficiently.A good teacher must not only be good at teaching,but also good at assessment.In the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Education in June 2001,it is clearly stated that the assessment process should not ignore the students' various potential and just evaluate the students' academic performance.It must be established an assessment system to promote the comprehensiveness of students.As a professional practitioner who has undertaken the important task of educating students,teachers should assume the above-mentioned responsibilities.Improving teacher assessment literacy can not only promote the professional development of teachers,but also promote teaching through assessment,clarify the specific learning needs of students in a certain period,make teaching more efficient,and improve students' overall improvement.It should be noted that the assessment literacy that teachers of different subjects should have must be related to the characteristics of the subject.The Chinese subject has a longer assessment cycle,more complex evaluation objects,more vague evaluation standards,and richer evaluation materials.On this basis,the assessment literacy of Chinese teachers shows specific performance.Effective assessment methods and standards should be established to assessment Chinese teachers' assessment literacy.This article starts with the connotation of teacher assessment literacy,expounds the specific behaviors of Chinese teachers with higher assessment literacy,and enriches the connotation of assessment literacy.In addition,this article took a questionnaire to survey about 500 Chinese teachers participating in the Hubei College Entrance Examination Papers on assessment-related issues.The results show that there are problems such as lack of assessment literacy of Chinese teachers.On this basis,this article proposes ways to improve the evaluation literacy of Chinese teachers from multiple dimensions,in order to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers.Finally,the performance assessment is introduced into the assessment of Chinese teachers' assessment literacy in order to propose a more scientific and effective assessment method.
