With the implementation of the new curriculum reform of high school mathematics,the educational value of mathematics culture is particularly important in the mathematics class-teaching. Mathematical culture as a new teaching concept will be separately listed out, and even emphasizes on in ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standards.Therefore, mathematics culture causes the people’s attention as one of the hottest spots in the education field. So far, there have been a lot of research literature about mathematics culture and mathematics education. However, the mathematics cultural lacks of systematic analysis and comprehensive understanding for osmosis actualities and implementation strategies of mathematical culture in high School Class.This paper first discusses the concept and connotation of mathematics culture, and then elaborated how to permeate the mathematics culture into the high school mathematics classroom today.Continuously,rethink over the factors impeding mathematics culture in the implementation high school mathematics class. Finally I put forward some effective implementation strategies of mathematics culture in high school class according to the author’s teaching. I adopt a lot of means to make papers full of vivid details, such as literature research, interview and questionnaire. Besides, I would try our best to make students experience the cultural value of mathematics and have a great influence on students in mathematics culture.
