With constantly updated information technology and teaching ideas,our country pay more attention to the English teaching.However,there are many obvious problems in English teaching in middle school,such as students' negative learning attitude and exam-oriented tendency.Based on a large number of related literature review at home and abroad and the deep understanding of the present situation of the application of the flipped classroom,the author proposes to apply the Flipped Classroom Teaching Model to the English vocabulary teaching.The Flipped Classroom turns classroom-centered to teacher-student interaction and peer collaboration and communication which could provide students more opportunities to promote the understanding of knowledge.And this teaching model attaches great importance to the learning methods and learning process,which is conductive to students' long-term development.In this paper,the author intends to understand the students' learning attitude and English vocabulary level through the questionnaire,test and class observation.On the basis of the students' background information,the author designs and develops the English vocabulary courses with the help of Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode and put it into practice.And the author reflects and modifies the advantage and shortage of the teaching design in the process of practice,eventually;the experimental results verify that the Flipped Classroom has certain potential in developing English vocabulary level of junior high school students.
