The Study On Promotion The Sustainable Development Of The Competitive Sport In Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

In order to improve the level of athletic sports in Ningia,to convey the excellent athletes talent to the country,to play the value of Ningxia provincial competitive sports,to achieve national sustainable development of competitive sports.This paper reviews the course of the development of competitive sports,the performance of competitive ability and the evolution of the project in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region since the establishment of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region by means of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and so on.From the perspective of sustainable development,the model of Ningxia competitive sports system is constructed based on the knowledge of system theory,and the subsystems of personnel training system,trainer subsystem,athlete subsystem,manager subsystem,site facilities subsystem,financial resource subsystem,Scientific research subsystem and other system elements of the status quo were investigated and analyzed.The main results of the study:1.Ningxia competing personnel training institutions sound,school model to meet national requirements,to carry out projects,key projects lack long-term planning.2.Coach scientific training ability is poor,scientific research results are low,low wages;athletes low level of exercise,training motivation there is deviation,learning and training can not take into account;management personnel management experience,less training,poor management,Low wages.3.The lack of funding for the development of competitive sports undertakings,multi-channel,multi-level capital investment pattern is not formed.4.Ningxia competitive sports venues facilities in line with the state for the provincial level of sports development level requirements.5.Ningxia competitive sports research results less,and scientific research and training out of touch.Based on the analysis of the system elements,the paper puts forward the strategy of sustainable development of competitive sports in Ningxia:Adhere to the concept of sustainable development,guide the practice and theoretical research of competitive sports;use the system theory thinking and method to carry on the long-term design and planning to Ningxia competitive sports undertakings;Training,training,training,training,training,training,training,training,training,training,training,training,training,and so on;to encourage enterprises,the community together to do competitive sports,to achieve multi-channel,multi-form,multi-level training reserve talents;improve the competitive sports science management system,improve management,Strengthen the athletes training motivation,improve the training results,to achieve the promotion of sports quality in Ningxia,for the national competitive sports development to do the responsibility of the province.
