| On September 21,2020,the State General Administration of sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of teenagers.The two main directions are to promote the healthy development of teenagers and strengthen the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,optimize the design path,strengthen self reform,and promote the integration of sports and education "The proposal of" integration of sports and education" explores a new training mode of competitive sports talents,brings a solution to the current dilemma of competitive sports in China,is a comprehensive deployment and top-level design of education and sports work in the new era,and plays an important guiding role in the reform and future development of school sports in China.In order to understand the current situation of Ningxia competitive sports reserve talents training under the background of "integration of sports and education",find out the problems existing in the cultivation of reserve talents,and put forward the cultivation path of reserve talents,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,from the aspects of organization and management,teaching staff,learning and training,guarantee conditions,training mode and so on This paper investigates and analyzes some coaches,culture teachers,student athletes and managers of seven competitive sports reserve talents training institutions in Ningxia from five aspects of student source and output,finds out the existing problems in training,learning and daily management,and puts forward the cultivation path of reserve talents,In order to promote the Ningxia competitive sports reserve personnel training mode innovation to provide a certain reference and basis.The results show that:(1)Ningxia has not yet established a perfect "integration of sports and education" model to cultivate competitive sports reserve talents,and the vertical policies,mechanisms and horizontal resource integration still need to be explored and constructed(2)The structure of teachers’ gender,age and professional title is basically reasonable,but their scientific research level and innovation ability are low,and their understanding of the importance of student athletes’ cultural learning is poor(3)The student athletes lack the consciousness of active learning,the management and supervision of the students’ culture class are not enough,and the contradiction of learning and training still exists(4)The situation of scientific research facilities and medical services in Ningxia is poor,the source of funds is relatively single,and the security mechanism needs to be improved(5)The quality of students of Ningxia competitive sports is poor;Athletes have a narrow way out,lack of career planning and policy support.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following ways to cultivate competitive sports reserve talents:(1)deepen the reform of management system,break the administrative barriers between sports departments and education departments,and build a new pattern of multiple subjects participating in the cultivation and management of competitive sports reserve talents(2)We should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,increase the opportunities for further study and training of the teaching staff,and improve the professional level of the reserve talents of competitive sports in our region as a whole(3)Learn and apply advanced and scientific training methods,formulate reasonable training plans,create an ideal training environment,and complete the training work.To form a flexible and changeable teaching method of culture course and deal with the contradiction of athletes’learning and training(4)Establish a good security system,broaden the sources of funds,and build an integrated training base of "training,science,medicine,education and service"(5)We should follow the law of education and the law of competitive sports development,set up athletes’ lofty goals and long-term planning,and do a good job in the connection of competition,training and entering a higher school among universities,middle schools and primary schools. |
