The one-child policy is the product of the specific period of time,which is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,it effectively curbs our country population's fast growth,on the other hand it also brought risk of child death,which appeared in numerous lost the only family.Influence of the one-child policy of the first batch of parents now have mostly entered old age,after the death of their only child,it has become a loss of independence for the elderly.The phenomenon of loss of independence and lost independence groups have attracted social and academic attention and research in recent years.In academia,research about the loss of independence of the elderly population is concentrated in the policy insurance,pension,size estimation,but less attention to lost only old man on how to alleviate the loss of independence crisis impact and we are all in the face of adversity struggle to achieve rehabilitation ability.Resilience is individual in a complex environment to seek necessary for the survival and development of a kind of ability or quality,high level of resilience can help only old man to deal with the loss of his son bring destruction and threat to relieve stress and tension,thus performing effective implementation of family self adjustment and re organization to continue to live.Studies have shown that resilience can cultivate and strengthen in the events of the day,in view of this,the author chooses to enhance the resilience of the loss of independence for the elderly for the graduation design topic,and for professional intervention.This study,takes four families and eight elderly in L community as the object of investigation.By the use of RSA resilience scale to investigate,it helps understand 1 community lost only old man's overall level of resilience.The results showed that most of the elderly alone lost resilience in the low level state,only one person is at a high level.The survey results are in the individual and household level analysis,and select the one family resilience level which is low,as the case service object.Case work follows the general service process,which is divided into case,prediction,planning,execution and evaluation stages.Interviews with social workers through and lost only old man draw change of family history and family structure diagram,client and family of vantage and mining,as a service plan available materials and resources.With the case and problem identification,social workers according to the specific situation in order to design a general family resilience model to guide the work plan.Social workers will promote resilience of key process operation of family belief system,communication process,organization mode three aspects,these three aspects covers effectively the core elements of the family function.In the belief system and identify the irrational cognition of death,the correction of emotionally detached,and belief,spirit and the spirit of the development of family members;organization mode and the communication process through the address family division of labor,communication problems,thus improving network support and reached the target.Through integration of a variety of evaluation methods for result assessment,which shows that the resilience level improved significantly because of the involvement of the case,the case of the main can choose a positive attitude toward life,family relationship becomes harmonious,personal development which can be met.Finally,the social worker has carried on the analysis and Reflection on the research of the practice mode,ethical dilemma,role.Through the presentation of the research and summary finishing,professional work experience,practice enhance the ability of researchers,research,thus providing reference for others.
