The Feasibility Study Of Soft Volleyball Into Higher Vocational Colleges In Shandong Province Sports Teaching

Soft volleyball is a new sports project,has the characteristics of simple,easy,interesting and entertaining strong,not only has the characteristics of competitive sports and for the overall fitness to participate.Our province ordinary universities and elementary and niddle schools sports teachin g has soft volleyball as the teaching content,compared with hard volleyball,easier to accept beginners,also made a significant effect of teaching.As a part of higher education,higher vocational colleges are not paid enough attention to its physical education teaching content,even though it is gradually diluted or even marginalized.Volleyball has always been an important part of physical education in higher vocational colleges,and its development can reflect the basic situation of physical education in higher vocational colleges.This research uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,through to the Shandong province 15 colleges and universities volleyball teaching present situation,the analysis present situation of Volleyball Teaching in Shandong province higher vocational colleges,found the existing problems.Based on this,analysis of soft volleyball into the feasibility of Shandong Province Higher Vocational College P.E teaching,with the hope that through the soft volleyball introduction of improved Volleyball Teaching in higher vocational colleges,enhance the Vocational College Students Volleyball participation interest,Shandong Province Higher Vocational College P.E teaching of soft volleyball is introduced to provide theoretical and practical reference for.Through the feasibility analysis of introduction of Volleyball Teaching in 15 Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province,and the results show that the soft volleyball:(1)in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province volleyball venues can basically meet the teaching needs of schools,but overall space utilization rate is not high;volleyball in sufficient quantity,and some colleges and universities have soft volleyball as after-school exercise equipment.(2)teachers of Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province volleyball into three or more for volleyball graduate,the rest of the teachers during the period of studying but also learning the required volleyball course;cl assroom teachers to mainly in young and male teachers number significantly more than fe male teachers;teacher education to undergraduate and graduate students as the main,title to the lecturer;teachers engaged in scientific research work of the initiative under increasing,a continuing education opportunities,but with teachers' willingness to learn and the portion of the gap.(3)the goal of Volleyball Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong province is more clear,and it can be basically in accordance with the requirements of the guidelines.To ensure the quality of teaching and students' skills and tactics,the number and the arrangement of the students should be further increased.(4)the interest of students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong province is relatively high,but the choice of volleyball is not good enough.After school participation is not optimistic.The students choose volleyball course.(5)the soft volleyball into the physical education in higher vocational colleges has important significance;teachers and students in Higher Vocational Colleges of soft volleyball has higher cognitive attitude,for the soft volleyball into sports teaching very much looking forward to;higher vocational colleges sports equipment can be as soft volleyball is introduced to provide material guarantee.(6)of Volleyball Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges for the soft volleyball is very understanding,some teachers had devoted to learning,can make use of opportunities for continuing education of specialized training,can ensure the teaching effect;teaching content settings from the ordinary university commencement experience,step by step,the Soft Volleyball Curriculum and PE Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges good fusion.
