| Objective:At present,the incidence of obesity has become increasingly growth,had become the world’s quality of life and health problems one of the main threats.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise is believed to be promote body fat oxidation decomposition and body composition of the balanced development of an effective measures.However,with the deepening of the sports reduced fat research,found that choice of exercise intensity in different population became control the key factor of weight reduction.Jeukendrup and Achten in 2001,puts forward the concept of maximum intensity of fat oxidation(FATmax): in unit time,the amount of fat oxidation peak corresponds to exercise intensity.Whether on the basis of FATmax exercise intervention can achieve control body weight and increase fitness reduction effect,it remains to be further verified.Therefore,this study was to explore 12 weeks FATmax intensity aerobic exercise for overweight/obese young male body composition,cardiorespiratory fitness and arterial stiffness changes,to provide certain theoretical basis for scientific fitness and practice reference.Methods:Participants were asked body mass index(BMI)≥24 kg/m2。Reference recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM)about "health evaluation and risk assessment methods" method,through the questionnaire to fill in the health and physical activity screening,requires nothing more than good health and engage in regular exercise.Finally this study selected 30 20-30 overweight/obese young men as the research object.All the subjects in experimental process and experiment purpose,voluntarily signed written informed consent.Then,will be 30 overweight and obese young men will be randomly divided into two groups,control group(age: 20.5±1.2 years old,height: 174.8±3.6 cm)and exercise groups(age:21.6±1.6 years old,height: 175.9±7.1 cm)each 15 people.The subjects was tested by increasing load until the exhaustion,to determine VO2max;On this basis,the 30overweight/obese young men randomly for five constant exercise intensity(30%VO2max,40%VO2max,50%VO2max,60%VO2max,70%VO2max)exercise test to determine the maximum fat oxidation rate(MFO)and maximum intensity of fat oxidation(FATmax)and the corresponding interval,eventually determine FATmax-CTT.Fat oxidation rate calculation formula:fat oxidation rate(g/min)= 1.6946 VO2(L/min)-1.7012 VCO2(L/min).Exercise group use FATmax strength movement,3 to 5 times a week,every time 30-50 min,the total time of not less than 200 min,exercise intensity control in fat oxidation intensity corresponding to FATmax-CTT(20.9±3.6),for 12 weeks.The control group without any regular physical activity,and maintain normal eating habits.Using SPSS20.0 and Graph Pad Prism5.0 data statistics processing.All the experimental data were statistically described by the mean soil standard deviation,independent samples t test to compare two groups of subjects before exercise based value level,each indicator for paired samples t test for 12 weeks ago after the index between exercise group and control group were analyzed,and the Pearson correlation analysisΔVO2max,Δ body shape indicators and Δ ankle arm pulse wave conduction velocity(Δ ba PWV)relationship,the significance level of P < 0.05.Results:All subjects completed this experiment.After 12 weeks FATmax intensity exercise intervention group movement weight(89.6 kg vs 85.0 kg,P < 0.01),BMI(28.9 kg/m2 vs 27.4kg/m2,P < 0.01),body fat percentage(23.3% vs 20.4%,P < 0.01),and body fat(21.1 kg vs 17.7 kg,P < 0.01)were significantly decreased,with significant difference.VO2max(33.4 ml/kg/min vs 40.1 ml/kg/min,P < 0.01),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(tendency for 1.1 / L vs tendency for 1.1 / L,P < 0.01)increased significantly,with significant difference.Left and right side of the ankle arm pulse wave conduction velocity(ba PWV)after the exercise intervention decreased significantly(P < 0.01).In addition,Δ weight,Δ BMI,Δ fat content,Δ body fat percentage and Δ ba PWV present positive correlation(P < 0.05),Δ VO2 max and Δba PWV show significant negative correlation(P < 0.001).The control group all indicators were not significantly change.Conclusions:1.FATmax exercise improves cardiorespiratory fitness,reduce body fat at the same time,a significant reduction in arterial stiffness value,which be associated with the increase of physical activity level.2.FATmax corresponding exercise intensity,can be used as the crowd control weight reduction and improve blood vessel function more appropriate exercise intensity range. |
