Objective: Understand the maximal fat oxidation intensity of the 55-64 year olds,and explore the cardiovascular risk with the exercise with maximal fat oxidation intensity of this population.Investigate the effects of age,sex,body fat and time on cardiovascular risk in exercise.Methods: Forty-three healthy individuals aged 55-64 years old were enrolled in the study.They were 20 males and 21 females.Cardiorespiratory fitness was measured by the GXT program,and calculate the Fatmax.Subjects continued to exercise with the Fatmax intensity,and collecting the relevant data.Cardiovascular risk during exercise in different sex,body fat,and exercise time was assessed.The statistical analysis consisted of t-test or non-parametric tests,Chi-square test and repeated measures data analysis of variance,considering p<0.05 to be statistically significant.Results:(1)The Fatmax of the 55-64 years old crowd ranged from 30% to 75%(VO2max%),50%(VO2max%)for men and 53%(VO2max%)for women.(2)Cardiopulmonary endurance was negatively correlated with Fatmax(VO2max%),and there was a significant difference(p <0.01).(3)Women's Fatmax(VO2max%)was significantly higher than men's(p<0.05),and Fatmax(VO2max%)was significantly lower in overweight and obese women(p<0.01).(4)ST-segment depression in the movement ? 0.1mv reaction rate was 7.32%.(5)In 30 min Fatmax exercise,the SBP(systolic blood pressure)and DBP(diastolic blood pressure)was significantly higher in men(p<0.05),In men,there was a significant difference in heart rate systolic blood pressure within 30 minutes in overweight and obese subjects(P <0.05).(6)Fatmax exercise 30 min,the male systolic and diastolic blood pressure was significantly higher than women,male heart rate systolic blood pressure product within 30 min significant changes(p <0.05);in men,overweight and obese heart rate systolic blood pressure product There was significant difference between the two groups(p <0.05).Conclusions:(1)The range of exercise intensity of Fatmax was about 30%-75%VO2max in the aged 55-64 years old adults,the distribution was wide and the individual difference was large.(2)The incidence of cardiovascular events in Fatmax exercise was 7.32% in the 55-64 year old population.(3)Fatigue exercise in the 55-64 year old population was higher than that of middle-aged people,and the risk of male was higher than that of female.The risk of overweight and obesity was higher than that of normal body.
