Flip classroom is the new achievement of education and teaching reform.It is of great value and significance to promote the reform of physical education and to improve the quality of PE teaching by introducing the teaching model of "flip classroom" in PE teaching.Based on literature research and expert interview,this paper constructs the teaching model of classroom teaching in accordance with the physical and psychological characteristics of primary school students and the rules of physical education teaching.It defines the meaning of flip classroom,studies the stage division of flip classroom,and studies the operation method of flip classroom.Questionnaire,experimental research,etc.,To verify the teaching mode of primary school physical education flip-flop,revise and perfect the teaching model of primary school PE teaching according to the verification result,finally come to the conclusion and put forward some suggestions to promote the design and application of primary school PE teaching model.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Sports flip classroom refers to the situation of relying on modern educational technology to shape students' autonomy,personality learning and exercise,to turn skills cognition and imitation into class,and to improve skills Teaching Mode of Physical Education Course in Class.(2)the primary school physical education flip classroom teaching mode,has the remarkable initiative,the interaction,the multiplicity and the practical characteristic.(3)The design of the teaching mode of the primary school physical education can be divided into the pre-class preparation stage,the class practice stage and the after-school connection stage.(4)Experiments show that students are willing to participate in sports flip classroom,and have the support of parents,the implementation of flip classroom is conducive to the growth of student interest.(5)Compared with the control group,the height and weight of the primary school students did not change significantly after the physical education class was overturned.The physical inversion class had a significant effect on the physical quality of thestudents.The sitting flexion score did not show significant difference before and after the experiment.(6)After the implementation of the teaching mode of physical inversion,students 'consciousness of physical exercise is improved,students are more willing to participate in physical exercise,and the time of students' daily physical exercise is basically guaranteed.According to the above conclusions,the study suggests: timely in primary school physical education,should actively introduce flip classroom teaching mode.Carefully designed sports micro-class,solid sports flip classroom basis.Scientific organization of class exercises,the establishment of targeted,interactive excellent sports flip courses.Reasonable arrangements for sports operations,do a good job flip convergence after class.Strengthen interactive communication,the formation of school,family and community sports student work system.Improve the management system,to ensure the sports flip classroom development.Actively carry out teacher training,improve the efficiency of the implementation of classroom teaching flip.
