Composition teaching is an important content of high school Chinese teaching. The importance of teaching in composition teaching of high school is self-evident. From the design of the new curriculum standard of high school language, it emphasizes the development of students' thinking ability through writing teaching, and advocates that students should be creative and individualized in the process of writing. This is the focus of attention. In the actual writing and revision process of argumentative article, we also found that language skills and thinking ability is equally important. The level of students'language using can not be separated from the development level of students' thinking,and the development of thinking ability also restricts the expression of language. On the basis of following the law of thinking and combining with learning and study, we can cultivate students' writing thinking ability comprehensively and scientifically in writing teaching. In writing teaching of high school, argumentative writing has a very high demand for students' thinking ability. Therefore, to strengthen the argument writing ability of thinking training should be the focus of teaching of composition in high school.But thinking of human is abstract, and how to let students and teachers in the process of writing papers can be a practical understanding of the level of students thinking in actually. I think that the Mind map can be applied to the thinking of high school writing,and Mind mapping conforms to the way of thinking of the human brain, with its visualization and hierarchical advantages both can help teachers to clearly understand the teaching of writing knowledge, understand the students the practical level of writing thinking can also help students to observe their own thinking ability and the problems and shortcomings in the writing process. This paper will start from the requirements of quality education and new curriculum standards for high school students' thinking ability.At the same time, aiming at the practical problems in the teaching of thinking and writing in the current thesis, from the theoretical and practical aspects of the analysis of thinking mapping applied to high school thesis writing The Feasibility and Effectiveness in Thinking Teaching. And try to write thinking ability training strategies, training methods and other aspects of innovation, so as to help students to effectively improve their own level of thinking and writing quality.
