The observation and evaluation of classroom teaching is to improve the teaching quality, the most important way to promote teachers' professional development. Yet in junior middle school English classroom teaching evaluation research, discussion of classroom teaching evaluation is not a few, but mostly stay in the nature of the description and subjective impression on the two evaluation methods, evaluation by means of statistics and integration study is relatively less. The qualitative evaluation of classroom teaching can make teachers convenient opportunities tendency of overall evaluation effectively, but it is hard to let teachers from fuzzy expression clear teaching instruction, and through the establishment on the basis of data statistics and analysis of the evaluation of classroom observation, can according to this weakness, evaluate effectively compensated. Based on the above goal, this article mainly from the junior middle school English class teaching present situation and existing problems, based on the evaluation system of classroom observation of English class study as a case to analyze the importance of classroom observations to improve the teaching quality.Paper has six parts, the first part mainly discusses the current problems existing in the junior middle school English classroom teaching evaluation, and combing the research achievements of classroom observation; The second part introduces the methods and procedures of classroom observation; The third part of classroom observation through the researchers at home and abroad for reference, the scale of design analysis,formation and adapted in this paper the research object of classroom observation scale;The fourth part through the screening and determine the classroom observation object,this paper identified three teachers in junior middle school English classroom teaching observation and evaluation, the related data in the of observation scale, preliminary analysis and the statistical result; The fifth part according to the result of data statistics and analysis, summarized on the basis of relevant theories of classroom observation on the significance and role of junior middle school English classroom teaching evaluation;The sixth part discusses the research of this thesis is still extant question and the insufficiency, and the improvements possible.Thesis mainly uses the method of observation, action research method, investigation method and other methods to demonstrate the classroom observation has important effect to improve the teaching quality. Through class system methods and tools for class data collection and analysis, found the flaws of the teachers in the teaching process and the corresponding improvement, finally realize the improvement of teaching level.
