What kind of people to cultivate is the fundamental requirement of all education work. The ideological and moral character, the law of its formation and development are the research object of ideological and political education. High school stage is the key period for formation of student ideological and moral character. In high school education,class cadre management is an important part of the class management. How to build and manage the class cadre, so as to promote the development of student moral character and the achievement of middle school talents training goal, is an important subject for high school educators, especially class teachers to consider. The article is mainly divided into four parts.The origin of the cadre at home and abroad is analyzed in the first part. Based on the research of management and class cadre management in the related discipline of management science and pedagogy, the concept of high school class cadre management is clearly defined. At the same time, the management of the class cadre is divided into three types: absolutely autocratic, democratic centralized and arbitrary laissez-faire.In second part, the present situation of senior class cadre management is understood using the empirical research method, it manifests mainly in the following aspects: (1)clear role cognition, but too simple, (2) diverse selection method, but biased towards formalization, (3) clear sense of responsibility, but lack of institutionalization, (4) clear point of willingness to change, but big ideal and reality gap.In third part, the impact of the class cadre role cognition, the class cadre production,the performance of duty and the change of class cadre on student thinking, psychology and behavior is deeply analyzed. The impact is mainly reflected in the following aspects.In aspect of the class cadre role cognition, the student role cognition is manifested, and the student sense of duty is clarified. The student service sense is deepened through the role cognition of service provider, the student privilege sense is germinated through the role cognition of centralized supervisor. In terms of the class cadre production, the self-esteem, democratic consciousness and political experience of students are enhanced through the way of direct designation, democratic elections and dual-track mode. But it may also course the phenomenon of inferiority and apathy in some students. In the performance of class cadre duty, student sense of labor division and cooperation is cultivated, needs of interpersonal communication are satisfied, psychological quality of resist frustration is reduced. In terms of class cadre replacement, the student collective sense of honor is enhanced through the replacement. But the self-esteem of some students may also be dampened, and it is harmful for course studying.The improvement strategy of high school class cadre management is discussed in forth part. The aspects of specifying dual track mode as an ideal way for the management of high school class cadre at present, mobilizing the participation of all students in class,doing a good job of typical student psychological counseling and transformation, striving for the positive cooperation of parents are considered Then some corresponding improvement measures are carried out.
