Study On The Independent Management Of Class Cadre Team In Xinji M Junior

The class cadre is class leader after a certain way,the teacher in charge of daily management work's right-hand man,is the tie and bridge of communication between teachers and students relations,is the class and grade work of managers,and service of the class work.Outstanding cadre of class autonomous management activities play a key role,cultivating a batch of outstanding class cadre,can effectively achieve class autonomous management.This research through to the hebei xinji M junior high school class cadre class autonomous management survey,found the class cadre in management system,management content and management methods have made many efforts,but lack of experience is limited by the class cadre class autonomous management,there are the members of the class cadre class cohesion and internal operation system is imperfect,external single class management mode,management content,management system need to be perfect,management feedback mechanism to be perfect,and many other problems,which makes the class autonomous management effect is obvious.On this basis,this study analyzes the causes of this situation,and in promoting effect of M middle school class cadre class autonomous management,put forward to enhance junior high school class cadre of class autonomous management of some countermeasures,which mainly includes the following aspects: from the class cadre team building internal implementation way diversification,the members of the class cadre of perfecting the class cadre internal management system,improve the class cadre team internal cohesion;From the point of the class cadre team outside class autonomous management,to improve the class cadre class autonomous management system,realize the diversity of the class cadre class autonomous management,promoting diversified class cadre class autonomous management,improve the class cadre class management feedback mechanism.
