Survey Of Primary And Secondary Class Of Cadre Selection And The Way

According to contemporary educational theory, if you want to organize a blest class, the teacher in charge of the class firstly should select some students with hardworking, responsibility, healthy and willing to help others to be class cadre, and also base on their characters and ability to assign suitable work, then teaching and instructing them by your heart to make them be the model of other students, and leading all the students make a progress.Class cadre are the core of the class, play an important role in shaping, confirming and developing the favorable class atmosphere. So it is the foundation to establish a united and hardworking collectivity that selecting and constructing the class cadre, exerting their ability to line of duty.This research is renewing and developing to class management, and provides some references to other correlative research work. To know well about selecting mode of primary school in China, we have research to the teachers and students of Dalian No.39 middle school and Dalian Wanghai primary school. Through collecting allround data on selecting mode of class cadre and the ability of them, know well about the present selecting mode, analyses the status of selecting mode. And we can find the different characters, analyze the result, figure out the selecting mode of primary school in China, and then provide effective strategy.The research mainly adopts questionnaire and interview. The research result shows that our class management level is not high, and has obvious differences: 1.sex difference, female class cadres are more than male especially in lower grade; 2.grade difference, for higher grade students are facing eleven-plus, teachers most adopt the order selecting mode, and the fervor to enter the class management to be lower.
