W college is one of many private colleges, therefore, like other private brothers colleges, there are serious problems of teachers,too much teachers will have a profound impact on schools,such as the construction of teachers, professional construction, education teaching quality, students training effect, the overall development of school. Therefore, this paper is also based on this background, the subject research.First of all, this article defines and explains some concepts, and limited private colleges and universities full-time teachers for the study of this article.
