Social Service Delivery Perspective Of Social Work Professional Research

With the development of market economy and the fast pace of the modernization process,the demand of social services is increasing in terms of diversity and profession.As a professional service,the ability construction of social work service gradually become a policy issue in our country,to provide policy basis for the social service delivery.At the same time,in order to promote the policy practice of social work services,government starts to carry out social service projects in our country,by purchasing the social work services.However,in the process of social services,service delivery,social work services professional qualities,with general social service content is difficult to distinguish,which affects the quality of social services Therefore,we need to strengthen the content of the specialization of social work in the field of social servicesThis paper,taking wuhan H area youth summer community managed projects as the research object,take the angle of social service delivery and from a social worker role positioning,service object to participate in,links to other relevant participation main body,explore the social service delivery network restricted the social work profession play a realistic factorss.This article is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background of this article,through summarizing the author’s practice experience and relevant theory of literature,which leads to the social work service in the youth summer managed projects for professional thoughts of practical significance.The second part from the project’s needs assessment,service contents and service results H area were introduced from the aspects such as youth service conditions.The third part,from social work professional construction related subject network links and resources integration theory analysis was carried out on the social work service efforts and action to build.The fourth part,from two aspects of plan implementation and service delivery points out that the specialization of social work service in the reality of the existence of the problems in the process of delivery.The fifth part,based on the perspective of social service delivery from a social worker role,positioning connection situation related to participate in the main service object level three aspects this paper analyzes the reasons of the problem.The sixth part,based on the analysis of service performance,further put forward embedded increment service of professional social work team Promote the participation of teenagers Clear each participation main body role of belonging Establish a diversified way of resource links specific path,after to perfecting the social service delivery network,provide more high-quality social work service for young children.
