There are about 85 million disabled people in China,and about 1.87 million in Gansu.In2020,China will enter a well-to-do society,and it is the most difficult for people with disabilities to reduce poverty and achieve a well-off society.The poverty alleviation work of people with disabilities has attracted a lot of attention,and related research has also been increasing.The focus of research has also shifted from focusing on physical rehabilitation to comprehensive development.The comprehensive development of people with disabilities is inseparable from the comprehensive,complete,and developmental service delivery process of the disability agencies.The disability agencies play an important role in assisting and assisting the disabled.Throughout the academic community,research on the service delivery process of the disability agencies has been conducted.less.Then,as a city with late start of social work and underdeveloped development,does Lanzhou City provide services for the disabled in the process of service delivery? What comprehensive development has been achieved for people with disabilities? From the perspective of developmental social work,this study studies the service delivery process of disability assistance agencies.It not only enriches the research and practice results of social work for disabled people,but also has important practical significance for the development of the function of disability assistance agencies to promote the comprehensive development of persons with disabilities.This study was conducted by Lanzhou Xinyuxing Children Psychological Development Center,Lanzhou Huiling Mentally Handicapped Persons Service Center,Lanzhou Lingxing Special Child Education Center,Gansu Xinyi Social Work Service Center,and Lanzhou Fanchen Affiliated Special Child Education Center.Using questionnaires,interviews,and other research methods,the three aspects of service planning,service provision,and service evaluation were discussed from the perspective of developmental social work.The study found:1.The five organizations for assisting disabled people in the three processes of service planning,service provision,and service evaluation are based on the development of service objects,call family and community resources,and serve the target of self-care skills and learningand cultural knowledge.Promoting the improvement of the client's own ability and strengthening the interaction with the society,and achieved good results;2.By improving the environment in which the service objects are located,nurture and build community support,and achieve the goal of achieving the development of service objects and promoting social development through community development;3.Services such as employment skills training for people with disabilities are relatively lacking in human capital investment,and those who have received training are also not optimistic about employment or entrepreneurship.
