The Strategy Research About The Entrepreneurial Ability Of Secondary Vocational Students'

With the continuous development of vocational education and the transformation of economic structure,entrepreneurship has become a new way of the secondary vocational students' employment.But because the entrepreneur ship education in China starts late,especially secondary vocational students' entrepreneurship education being in a groping stage,therefore,how to strengthen the training of secondary vocational students' entrepreneurial ability is a brand-new proposition before us.Considering the secondary vocational student's age characteristics,knowledge scope,consulting the related literature of entrepreneurship ability training,this paper puts forward the target of entrepreneurship ability training for most secondary vocational students,which is that through the study and practice of entrepreneurship in school,the students can understand the entrepreneurial spirit,business management and the preparation for the future business,and harvest the spirit comprehended in personal entrepreneurial learning practice such as innovation consciousness,endure hardship,the concept of good faith,etc.According to the questionnaire and interview,it is concluded that secondary vocational student's entrepreneurial drive is mainly about being rich.They have strong entrepreneurial impulse,but when they have been graduated for several years,their entrepreneurial behavior tends to rational.They have different entrepreneurial models.Some of them start a business driven by their own interests and some are driven by the pioneering spirit of entrepreneurship.Some blindly follow others to start a business and some take over their family business.Tosummarize,the entrepreneurial characteristics of secondary vocational students have their own features,such as high motivation with low actual entrepreneurship rate;certain regional economic characteristics;low-tech entrepreneurship which is led by their limited knowledge.Synthesizing current survey about the entrepreneurship of the secondary vocational students and the advanced entrepreneurship education abroad,I put forward the related countermeasures to enhance the capacity of secondary vocational students' entrepreneurship from pioneering education system,building the atmosphere of entrepreneurship and constructing the practice base.
