| Badminton is an elegant sport for all ages.According to a report in China,badminton population accounted for about 20% of the total population.With the rapid development of social economy,people's demand for health is more and more strong.Following the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the National Fitness Day was set up,which led to an upsurge of national fitness.Badminton occupied the market rapidly as it is easy to learn and control.With the improvement of people's appreciation on the competitive sports,the State Sports General Administration of badminton sports management center and China Badminton Association jointly organized the Chinese Badminton Club Super League(Super League).It is a national professional club event in the country and has caused great repercussions around the world.With the entry of foreign players,the overall level of the league has been greatly improved,but there are still some problems in the operation management.With the literature review,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,field survey and questionnaire survey.The paper analyzed the theory of event management,through the analysis of the Chinese Badminton Club League management mode,analysis of Super league management mode existing problems and improvement measures for issue.In order to improve the management level of China badminton club super league,the paper proposed the transformation of China badminton club super league management concept,improve the badminton club super league management system,enrich badminton super league club management,explore Flat management model and standardize the market environment,the integration of social power. |
