Research Of The Management System Of China Table Tennis Super League

Table tennis is China’s national game. In the field of table tennis, the status of China in the world never changes. League table tennis matches is a competition that Chinese professional athletes often participate, the athlete’s level represents the competitiveness of Chinese in table tennis. So, the China Table Tennis Super League is critical important for the development of sports undertakings in China. However, because of different reasons, league table tennis matches are different with China Table Tennis Super League on the aspect of development, so the management that guides the club development presents different features on the two leagues matches.In the paper, documentary method, questionnaire survey, expert consultation method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis have been used in the survey and analysis of management system in China Table Tennis Super League, and it has been compared with the management pattern of table tennis leagues in Japan, so as to provide suggestions for the management system development of China Table Tennis Super League, the relevant research findings can be seen as following:(1)Through the study of management system in China Table Tennis Super League, conclusions about the institution setup, internal organization setup, and management system of super league, responsibilities of National Center for Table Tennis and badminton and the functions of Chinese Table Tennis Association have been made.(2) After surveyed the management system of China Table Tennis Super League, the results show that the system of table tennis league in China is unreasonable and there are many loopholes exist, which makes it an urgent to carry out system regulation. The first precondition for holding table tennis games are the presentation of organizers and administrative staff, but the regulations on this aspect are in shortage, which has caused a chaotic situation. Moreover, because of the imperfect monitor system and the shortage of a good monitor system, no one abides by the corresponding rules, so the orders made the superior leaders can’t be executed by the subordinates well. Besides, the statistical techniques of work staff is also outdated etc. All these are key factors that restrict the development of table tennis.(3) Based on the existing problems and the development situation of table tennis leagues in Japan and Germany, the current status and characteristics of match system, it made a comparative analysis of the management system in China Table Tennis Super League and concluded the excellent experiences of other countries. It is concluded that the characteristics and advantages of economic benefits and social benefits shall be highlighted, and the management idea of “small government and big society” shall be adopted in professional sports, enhance the construction of professional sports’ management organizations and all sports clubs should work together to transform into enterprise entity, create regulatory mechanism for professional sports and cultivate excellent managerial staffs.(4) In the paper, it analyzed the current status and problems in China Table Tennis Super League, and made a comparison with the management system of table tennis leagues in foreign countries, and offered references for the establishment, functions, leading agency, internal management mechanism and management system of Chinese Table-tennis Association. Moreover, it analyzed the relationship between table-tennis association and table-tennis and badminton center, table-tennis association and sports clubs, and proposed some suggestions for the construction and operation pattern of table tennis super league clubs.
