| Objective: This paper analysis and research the current situation and development trend of Chinese Badminton Club Super League by using literature research method,on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,to evaluate the sustainable development ability of Chinese Badminton Club Super League,and summarizes the problems and the insufficiency in the successive process of Chinese Badminton Club Super League.For its future developmentthe,the study discuss the relevant countermeasures and strategies.It will provide theoretical support and reference for the future badminton super league and better promote the development of badminton in China.Methods: Using literature research method,on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics to analysis and research the current situation and development trend of Chinese Badminton Club Super League.Result:(1)In the development of Chinese Badminton Club Super League management year by year,most people think that backward management concept and insufficient social support are the problems in its development;(2)The current development of Chinese Badminton Club Super League competition system presents such problems as competitive time,unreasonable arrangement,lack of big-brand competition,changeable competition rules,etc.,which is its development.The main constraints in the current situation.(3)The operation structure of clubs mainly reflects that there are fewer investment enterprises,less investment funds and more sources of club income.(4)In the development of badminton super league,there is a lack of publicity and promotion,and its influence is weak.Suggestions: Suggestions for the league organizers are as follows:(1)To further accelerate the materialization process of the Chinese badminton association and realize the separation of "management and management" of the feather super league;(2)Establish a reasonable and sound league competition system scientifically;(3)Adopt a variety of ways to expand the sponsorship and publicity of yu super league;(4)Establish a reserve talent team matching with badminton super league;The Suggestions for league clubs are as follows:(1)Clarify the property right relationship and improve the management system;(2)Continue to strengthen the home construction of the club;(3)Improve club echelon construction;(4)Improve the fund operation efficiency of the club;The Suggestions for league athletes are as follows:(1)To gradually realize the marketization of badminton super league athletes;(2)Athletes bonus is linked to their individual performance;(3)Set up "sports idols" and actively play the role of badminton stars as role models. |
