The Impact Of Working Values On College Students Employment

Work values is a secondary concept developed based on the concept of values,is different for various views and different understanding of the value of work,work values through the behavior orientation in the work of the people and the things in the evaluation and response,it shows the occupation moral and personal occupation ideal,subtle the influence of occupation career development of a person,but the work value is not immutable and frozen,with personal experience,work experience and slowly changing,therefore,to establish a positive and correct work values is very important for everyone.The origin of the concept of work value in the west,but the western academia bunch,each faction's position,standing angles are different,so although achieved certain results,but the concept of work value and not conclusive,the domestic scholars on the work values research later,research tools are is a reference or direct reference to foreign ready-made questionnaire and the scale,China has no special market environment is fully integrated,so there are a lot of problems,and work values with the times,different times,different historical background of College Students' work values have great difference,so the field at this period is still blank great.This study uses the method of literature analysis and empirical research,five universities in Hohhot(Inner Mongolia University,Inner Mongolia Normal University,Inner Mongolia University of Technology,Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,Inner Mongolia University of Finance)college students as an example,the work value is divided into three dimensions: intrinsic value,external value and external reward,research on College Students' work value and occupation selection the current situation,including the career motivation of college students employment,the most willing to choose the type of enterprise,industry and city,determine the ideal occupation when the greatest impact factors,occupation choice degree of readiness,and gender,family background,current degree and major factors which influence on occupation selection and work value of college students view and college students in the enterprise type selection,industry selection,location selection,content selection The relationship between the choice.The practical significance of this study,the contemporary college students' work value and occupation selection and analysis effect of the situation on the basis of the study,can put forward some suggestions on College Students' occupation career planning at the same time,the suggestions on education of college students based on occupation.
