The Research On Career Choice Values Education Of University Students

The employment system for university students has experienced three developing periods after the founding of China, which are job assigned totally by the country, two-way job choices between graduates and employing units to some extent and two-way choices combining with independent choices for job. The changes of employment system for university students are the requirements of political, economical and cultural systems reform, which directly reflects the results of educational system reform, especially higher educational system reform. After 21st century, with the number of graduates increasing year by year, employment has been an obvious and serious problem. Nowadays, all of Chinese are building harmonious society with one heart and one mind. How to guide undergraduates to build healthy values of career choice is the key point to the stable employment condition and the healthy development of higher education.The researching aim of the paper is analyzing educational solution for university students'career choice values. It is hoped that the paper which offers references for researchers hereafter on relevant fields can disclose the direction for future study. Finally, reasonable suggestions on employment policies or laws which will be drafted by education administrative departments are expected to supply for university graduates.The paper is totally composed of four parts. The first part is introduction, which will illustrate the proposition making basis, research background home and abroad as well as the theoretical and practical values of the research. Analysis of current situation of university students'career choices is the second part of the paper. Through introduction of ideal aim, values orientation, values evaluation and behavior orientation of university students'career choices, the study analyzes and evaluates the features of values of university graduates'career choices. The factors which are social economy development, social cultural changes, employment system reform, school or personal conditions tend to influence the values of career choices. The third part is analyzing the current values education situation of university students'career choices. Basing on summarizing the achievement and experience our country's career choice values education has achieved, the paper puts forward the existing problems of current career choice condition. Furthermore, the necessity and urgency for study on the issue have also been revealed specifically, directly and objectively. The fourth part is the values education system construction of university students. Values education system of graduates is a complex system, needing a joint effort from all directions. Therefore, after illustrating the basic principle of values education system of university students, from longitudinal direction on time, the research attempts to construct a career choice values system which is from the preliminary values education before the age of 18, then the university period values education within four years to the career choice values education after employment. What's more, specific requirements for government, society, school and individual are raised, which is the innovation and difficult point of this paper. Finally, expects for further study on values education of university students'career choices and certain concerning issues are discussed and concluded in the conclusion part.
