Study Of The Causes And Countermeasures Of Campus Bullying In Rural Junior Middle Schools

For young people,the school is not only the main places of their education,but also the healthy growth and achieve the main place of socialization.Campus security is the basis to ensure all this can be achieved.However,in recent years the frequent disclosure of bullying can be seen in the news,some middle school did not seem so quiet,harmonious and safe,ignoring bullying happens concealment often leads people to this problem.However,the damage to the student bullying is true,and it has a huge impact on the physical and mental health of children living in the event center.Therefore,the phenomenon of bullying on campus needs to pay attention to the whole society,and take effective measures to curb it.In this study,the bullying problem and middle school in M city of Shanxi Province as an example,analyze the problem from the cognitive behavior theory as the theory and social ecological system,adopt the method of qualitative research and quantitative research,through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,understand the status of rural middle school campus bullying,cognition of bullying Ling school teachers and campus bullying of students and the influence of the school,and the school as the starting point,analysis of the causes of bullying,countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,in the rural middle school,bullying behavior is more common,and the relationship between verbal bullying and bullying two types,at the same time,because the boarders more bullying occurs mostly in the dormitory,the toilet is concealed in the place is very hidden.Secondly,the rural middle school teachers and parents' cognitive level of bullying phenomenon is relatively low,generally bullying among students that is minor,not be paying attention and treatment.Thirdly,the rural middle school is lack of the management mechanism to deal with thecampus bullying and the security of the campus bullying,lack of education for students,teachers and parents.Fourthly,after the occurrence of bullying,spectators and schools will have a negative impact on students and the healthy development of the school.Finally,the lack of a clear national anti bullying legislation provisions.Therefore,to suppress and eliminate the phenomenon of bullying,not only need to change the social system of campus bullying cognition,also need to pay enough attention to school,parents and social forces for bullying with appropriate force,and strive to create a safe and harmonious campus environment for young people.
