In 2017,campus safety was listed as one of the Top Ten Hot Issues of education.Among them,Bullying is the crucial control region area for campus safety.In recent years,the bullying problems in school have been common which aroused great concern in the society.The existence of campus bullying,to a certain extent,reflects the disequilibrium of rights and forces within the campus and the crevice of the moral values and values of young people.The guarantee to education quality is benefited from the effective management of the campus and the orderly management can ensure that young people enjoy a fair and peaceful education.Paying attention to Campus Bullying is the need to practise the fairness of education and it is also an inevitable requirement for the development of students.Campus as an important interpersonal network of youth growth.Although the relationship bullying is usually hidden,it often leads to Campus Bullying and campus violence.Thinking and making up for the campus bullying is not as effective and practical as prevention in the bud.Pre defense and research is the key to protect students and reduce Campus Bullying.It also highlights the necessity and urgency of further research on Campus Bullying.Traditionally,The behavior of a strong party who is intentionally carrying out phisically or mentally threatening and injure to the weak side is defined as Bullying.The research on relationship bullyingwill be a useful exploration for ensuring campus safety.It is of great significance in maintaining social harmony and stability,improving school education management and promoting healthy growth of adolescents.Based on the existing literature,mine the value of the relationship bullying,then carry on the definition and types of multidimensional classification,in order to more accurately conduct the survey.According to the status of bullying on the campus junior middle school students,I have made a futher anlysis of relationship bullying status and analyze grade,gender differences.In addition,according to the survey of family and teachers,the attribution of relationship bullying is complicated: the lack of family education and school moral education,bad social cultural atmosphere and multicultural conflict,individual value deviation and peer effects are closely related to the relationship bullying.Finally,the analysis of the reasons laid the foundation for the corresponding prevention and control measures of the school management.The paper puts forward some strategies: First,promote the prevention of social legislation and create a good cultural atmosphere;Second,improve school management and strengthen moral education;Third,strengthen family emotional support and create a harmonious atmosphere;Fourth,improve personal cognitive concept and the ability of self education.Reasonable understanding and response relationship bullying has a practical significance which can reduce the harm as far as possible.Conducting in-depth research and preventing effectively on campus relationship bullying,at the same time proposing effective intervention measures is the key to fully protect the campus safety,practice education fairness and give full play to the function of school education.
