Investigation On The Status Quo Of Campus Bullying In Rural Middle Schools And Its Countermeasures

For the majority of middle school students,the school is the sacred hall of learning knowledge,it is also an important place to grow up healthily and realize the ideal of life.The whole society has placed too much hope on the school education.In the eyes of many rural middle school students,school learning knowledge is a shortcut to change destiny.But in recent years,with the rapid development of rural economy,various social problems appear day by day.This makes the rural middle school campus which is supposed to be a "one-side pure land" can not be avoided,campus bullying incidents frequently,has become a threat to the safety of rural middle school campus the primary factor.This paper studies the present situation and harm of bullying on Y middle school campus in Mo District by using literature method,interview method,narrative method,questionnaire method and other research methods.From the status quo,from the individual,family,school,social four aspects to analyze the causes of bullying on campus and put forward their own views.After analysis and comparison,it is found that the reasons for school and family are especially prominent.The reasons of family include: the family structure is not complete,parents are not accompanying their children in place,parents' education level is on the low side,parents' recognition of education and teaching work in school is not high.The reasons of school mainly include: the evaluation system is not perfect,one-sided pursuit of the rate of advancement;moral Educational work is "superficial" and "formalized";disciplinary education is difficult to implement,bullying "cost" is too low;teacher structure is unbalanced,teachers flow too frequently;class management is not in place,and there is no good class style;To the campus bullying attention is insufficient,in bullies and fights between "and mud".Based on the analysis of the causes,this paper expounds the strategies of preventing and dealing with bullying in school from three aspects: family,school and society.
