The higher occupation education has played an important role in our national education sequence, the research of higher vocational graduates employment problem, not only has important significance for the employment of students, but also have great significance to create first-class service in higher vocational colleges, the local social and economic development.At home and abroad, most of the relevant materials have been studied from three levels of higher vocational education, personnel training and higher vocational graduates'employment, and the research attention is high and the research content is concentrated.Compared with the ordinary university graduates in Higher Vocational College Students'employment advantages, one is in the concept of employment level, more rational and pragmatic; two is in the attitude of employment, self positioning is more accurate; the three is in the expected salary level, due to their own conditions on salary expectations are low; four in the technical application ability, practical ability. The disadvantages lie in the fact that the educational background is low due to the low educational background; the two is relatively poor in the humanistic quality; the three is in psychology; the personality is unstable and complex.The current higher vocational college students' employment is faced with many problems,one is the regional bias is too concentrated, the two is the lack of understanding of employment policy, the three is the nature of work and jobs are scattered, four is the shortage of employment preparation. The reasons lie in three aspects: social cognition,school education and individual students. In terms of social factors, one is efforts to implement the employment policy is not high, the two is social identity is low and there are cognitive bias; in school education, one is the mode of talent cultivation is not scientific,two is a professional set unreasonable, the three is the way of teaching and practice requirements do not match, the four is the level of employment guidance and entrepreneurship is not high five, professional and technical training mode is backward; in students' individual, there are problems in two aspects of comprehensive quality and employment attitude, students' employment consciousness.Do a good job in the employment of students in higher vocational colleges, from the following aspects: first, improve the Vocational College Students' quality, pay attention to the cultivation of students comprehensive quality and focus on the occupation education,strengthen the students' moral education and occupation career planning education.Second, higher vocational colleges should train highly skilled talents according to the social needs, carry out the teaching reform with the market demand as the guidance,strengthen the employment guidance work, and set up the good idea of the employment of Higher Vocational College students. Third, employing concept change, to create a good atmosphere for Higher Vocational College Students' employment, the government should create a good atmosphere of employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges,improve and implement policies related to employment and Entrepreneurship of college students, strengthen the talent market operation supervision system.
