Especially the private college graduates are under great pressure of employment. How to improve the quality of private college graduates employment, has increasingly become the important subject of attention, to be solved. This article through to quanzhou a employment status of graduates in higher vocational colleges run by the local investigation, the characteristics of the general situation of graduate employment, analyze the existing problem of employment and classification research, analysis from multiple levels and reflect on the reasons of these problems, improve the specific mining quanzhou private higher vocational college graduates employment problems of many kinds of measures, so as to promote the improvement of private higher vocational graduates employment, to improve the quality of private higher vocational talents training, some Suggestions on optimization of higher vocational education.Quanzhou private higher vocational college students employment form is not optimistic.
